Let the person review the exact public name, description, role, organization and any sector tags before publication.
Record consent
Keep a dated, explicit opt-in that identifies what may be shown and where it may appear. Silence is not consent.
Maintain control
Provide a clear route to correct, pause or remove a listing and periodically re-check its accuracy.
